What does unlimited mean?
It means there is no limit in the number of request for support that you can make in a month, a week or even a day. Most of our clients are First Time Social Network Creators and we understand how important it is to have experts’ help and backup when you have any questions. You do not have to worry about the number of support tickets that you can submit. What Support Do You Provide?
We do not expect you to have any difficulty in running your Social Network Website as our platform is designed to work out of the box. Nonetheless, our support will provide any technical advice and support that you require to run your Social Network Website. Website backups and software updates are performed automatically without you having to request for it.
What is our response time?
Depending on the question or issue, it could range from a few minutes to a few days. Our commitment is to respond within 3 business days.
Please note that you should submit 1 ticket for each question. Submitting multiple tickets for the same question will cause our response time to be delayed.
