Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. This is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month or annual basis. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

How does the free trial work?

You will get a 30 days free trial upon signing up. You will only be charged if you upgrade to a paying account. You will not be charged a thing while using a Free Trial Account. Once your trial period has expired and if you have not upgraded to a paying account, your account and all data and contents of your website will be terminated and deleted. You do not need to cancel a trial acccount, it will be cancelled automatically at the end of the trial period.

How long does it take to set up my website?

We set up each website manually, and in order to ensure quality, it will take up to 3 days to set up your website. We will send you an email of your account details once your website is completed.

How do I cancel my Subscription?

You can simply cancel your network by sending an email to support@noncomplicated.com.

How many members can I have on my Social Network?

The number of members you can have on your network is unlimited. You can have as many members as you want.
